HVAC Maintenance Services Contract

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to provide HVAC maintenance services on five (5) buildings throughout the National Capital Region (buildings listed at section 1.2.1 of the RFP) to ensure the integrity and performance of the systems as indicated in the scope of work.
The contract will be valid for a period of 5 years.
This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
There is a mandatory 1 day bidders site visit associated with this requirement where personnel security screening is required prior to gaining access to PROTECTED information, assets or sites. Level SECRET is required. Consult Part 2 - Bidder Instructions.
There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website.
