The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service, Malaysia.
The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit. The site visit will be held on August 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the US Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact ratnasingamp@state.gov by July 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked "Quotation Enclosed - HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service" to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, 376, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on August 22, 2026.
