30 Aug 13: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the evaluation criteria in the Request for Quote attachment in the Solicitation and post the revised 1449 Solicitation HC1028-13-T-0181-0002 document. For evaluation purposes only, the contractor's proposed labor rates for Normal Duty Hours and After Duty Hours under T&M "Emergency Maintenance" (CLINs 0002, 1002, 2002, and 6 month option) and FFP "Unscheduled Maint, Service, & Repairs" (CLINs 0003, 1003, 2003, and 6 month option) will be multiplied by 10 hours each and then added to the cost of Preventative Maintenance (CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, and 6 month option). As an example evaluated pricing for the base year would be the cost of CLIN 0001 Preventative Maintenance + CLIN 0002 Emergency Maintenance [Normal Duty Hours (10 each) + After Duty Hours (10 each)] + CLIN 0003 Unscheduled Maint, Service, & Repairs [Normal Duty Hours (10 each) + After Duty Hours (10 each)]. This will be calculated for the Base Year, OY1, OY2, and 6 month extension to become the "total" evaluated cost for the contractor's price proposal. The Government will apply the above evaluation hours to the price proposals and the contractor is not required to add any additional documents or revise their proposals. Again, the evaluation hours are not a guaranteed number of hours and the final award will not include them. The proposal due date & time remains unchanged.
