The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of the Office of Information and Security Services (ISS), intends to contract with Orion Office REIT, Inc. (Orion), 2398 E Camelback Road, Suite, 1060, Phoenix, AZ 85016-9009 on a sole source basis. Orion is the Lessor of the Fiscal Service facility at 257 Bosley Industrial Park Drive, Parkersburg, WV 26101. As Lessor, Orion has the exclusive first right of refusal regarding physical alterations and work to be performed on premises of their privately owned property, per the terms of LEASE NO. GS-03P-LWV00874. The ISS/FSS requires upgrades for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system including installation services to replace the current three (3) ton condenser unit with a new five (5) ton condenser unit. The contractor shall supply all materials including the new condenser, ductwork, thermostat, supply vents, return grills, Z-ducting, etc. as necessary complete the required HVAC upgrades.
