AMENDMENT 02 (21 Sep 2026): Answers to received questions have been answered by the end-user subject matter experts on the "Q and A - Answers Round 1" attachment to this posting. 

AMENDMENT 01 (21 Sep 2026): The Statement of Work has been amended to drop Bldg 979 off this requirement. The two fans + installation in that specific building are no longer required. Please view the updated SOW before finalizing quotes.

Delivery and installation of forty-eight (48) industrial air-circulation fan units in support of environmental control requirements at five (5) MXG facilities located at Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. Please consult the Statement of Work for full, in-depth details.

REQUIRED TEXT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA9401-26-Q-0042 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for fan systems and installation services in order to provide HVLS fans to the customer. 

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Please refer to the attached solicitation document for detailed information on: 

1. Line items, quanitities and units of measure. 

2. Dates and places of delivery and acceptance and F.O.B.point. 

3. A list of contract provisions and clauses that apply to the solicitation.
