AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING DATE: All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 15, 2025 by 2:00 pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This solicitation cancels and supersedes previous RFP solicitation number Doc4692001050 dated July 24, 2024 with a closing date of September 4, 2024 at 2:00 pm. A debriefing or Feedback session will be provided upon request to suppliers who submitted an offer on the previous solicitation. This procurement encourages Bidders to submit an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) as part of their offer. See the solicitation document (Annex: Indigenous Participation Plan Criteria) for a description of the specific IPP criteria that will be assessed for this procurement, and an explanation of how they will be evaluated. Requirement: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for two (2) 40 Foot Hybrid Electric Low Floor City Transit Buses to be delivered to Regina, SK. Canada.
