A pre-bid meeting will be held to review project details and existing data, with all bids due by August 30, 2024, at 1:00 PM, and must be clearly marked and sealed. The City will evaluate proposals based on a combination of cost, technical approach, experience, and references, with the award going to the bidder that best meets the outlined qualifications and demonstrates a thorough understanding of the City’s current systems and future needs.
