The New York State Thruway Authority (“Authority”) is seeking bids/proposals from contracting firms to provide hydraulic lowering utility trailers for use in the Authority’s Albany, Buffalo, New York, and Syracuse Divisions. This bid/proposal opportunity is available on the Authority’s Bid Express website (“Bid Express”). Proposers are responsible for regularly monitoring Bid Express, as any modifications to the solicitation will be issued through formal Addenda and posted thereto.
