A-1. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE COMPETITION (NAICS: 325120) TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE, INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT WITH MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITIES FOR HYDROGEN 6 PACKS AND NITROGEN 12 PACKS.
A-2. FUNDS WILL BE OBLIGATED/CITED UPON THE ISSUANCE OF EACH DELIVERY ORDER. THE GOVERNMENT WILL ONLY BE OBLIGATED TO ORDER THE STATED MINIMUM QUANTITY. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO ISSUE ANY ADDITIONAL ORDERS AGAINST THIS CONTRACT; HOWEVER, THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ORDER UP TO THE MAXIMUM QUANTITY.
