The vendor shall provide all equipment and peripherals (i.e. but not limited to, software, accessories, consumables) new and they should be in commercially production at minimum for two years as of the closing date of this announcement. The vendor shall provide installation, training and technical support as needed to fulfil the work order, provide service and have parts available for at least 8 years form the order fulfillment. The vendor shall provide a warranty for a minimum of one (1) year for the generator and at minimum two (3) years for the PEM, from the date of installation. The warranty shall include all parts, labor, and travel/per diem expenses. On-site repair and maintenance by a qualified service engineer will be available within five business days of a service call. This request is for the acquisition of 17 H2 generators with a gas purity not less than 99.99999% using a proton exchange membrane (PEM) at a consistent flow of 500cc/min and safety shutdowns. Gas flow should be adjustable to accommodate multiple configurations. The generator shall operate with deionized water with a resistivity not less than 1Mohm per cm. The generator electrical requirements shall not be more than 120V at 50/60Hz and 6 Amp, furnished with a US style electrical cord. The generators shall be of compact footprint weighing less than 60 lbs. The H2 generators will be delivered as follows (9) to the New York Laboratory at 1100 Raymond Blvd, Suite 550 in Newark, NJ 07102. (8) generators shall be delivered to Chicago Laboratory at 610 South Canal Street, Suite 400 Chicago, IL 60607. Expected period of performances shall be within 90 days of the contract acceptance by the government.
