As the City continues to grow, maintaining a reliable and sustainable water‑supply system requires ongoing technical evaluations, wellfield development, regulatory compliance, and specialized hydrogeologic expertise. To support these efforts, the City requires qualified hydrogeologic consultants to provide professional services on a continuing, as‑needed basis in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). These services will assist the City with planning, permitting, construction support, monitoring, modeling, and long‑term management of groundwater and related surface‑water systems.
