Scope: Rancho California Water District, herein referred to as the “District,” is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of specialized pipeline connection materials, consisting of a total of ten (10) Hymax Transition Couplings and eight (8) Hymax Flanged Couplings.
These materials will be used in conjunction with an upcoming valve replacement project within the District’s potable water distribution system. The couplings are required to facilitate reliable connections between existing piping and new valve assemblies, accommodate variations in pipe materials and dimensions, and ensure proper alignment and system integrity during installation.
The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to procure these materials through a competitive bidding process from a qualified supplier capable of meeting the District’s technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery requirements. Timely acquisition of these components is essential to support scheduled construction activities and minimize service interruptions while maintaining safe and reliable water service to District customers.
