Full Description

The United States Government Accountability Office (GAO) has issued a proposed award under other than full and open competition to MicroPact, Inc. for a base year with four one (1) year option periods. For this current requirement, MicroPact will provide support for hosting services of the FAIS Investigative Case Management System, which utilizes the Entellitrak platform. Hosting services, which will be provided by MicroPact, include the cost of the hardware infrastructure, management of the application, system backups, server patching and version upgrades. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1), the service or material listed is available from only one source, and competition is precluded for reasons indicated in the J&A. There are no substitutes available. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
