The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. in the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 


NOTE: All proposal preparation costs will be the sole responsibility of the offeror. The Government  will not reimburse any firm for their proposal preparation cost.


This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov. The 90 th Contracting Squadron is issuing the combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0022, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using RFO Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

SITE VISIT:


A site visit will be held on Monday, 14 Sep 2026 at 1000 MDT at the located at Gate 1, Gate 2, and Gate 3, F. E. Warren AFB.

Offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at time of submission of quote. Failure to do so will result in the offer being deemed ineligible for award.
