This action is for the acquisition of medication (Iclusig (Posatinib)) for inmates at Federal Bureau of Prisons - FMC Lexington, located in Lexington, KY. The procurement of this medication is also urgent in nature in order to provide continuity of care to the inmate population. The purchase order will be issued to Foundation Care, LLC. As part of the mission of FMC Lexington, medication is provided to the inmate population. The facility is required to provide continued medications and to ensure the continuity of care, it is the best value to the government and this is the sole source for this particular medication. This medication is provided by this vendor and can be delivered timely. The medication supply will be procured by way of purchase order.
