IDEX 2027 Exhibit

Washington Headquarters Services, on behalf of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, is soliciting firm-fixed-price commercial services for the procurement and management of an exhibit at the International Defense Exhibition (IDEX) 2027 in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This total small business set-aside requires the reservation of 85 square meters of exhibit space in the U.S. Pavilion, along with the turnkey design, custom fabrication, and on-site management of the booth. The scope specifically prohibits the use of pre-built or modular systems, requiring a custom laminate and high-gloss build. Key deliverables include initial and final 3D renders, the physical construction of the booth featuring private meeting rooms and a DV lounge, on-site event support from January 25 to 29, 2027, and the production of 300 custom DSCA logo lapel pins. The contract will be awarded based on best value, evaluating the aesthetic quality of 3D renders, compliance with custom material specifications, the qualifications of the Exhibit Designer and Project Manager, and a proven record of performance at similar international defense expositions. Performance is subject to a joint on-site inspection by the DSCA Contracting Officer Representative on January 24, 2027. Requirements include active SAM.gov registration, Defense Base Act insurance for all personnel, and adherence to CMMC cybersecurity standards.
