IDIQ contract - Mobile Telecommunication Services for U.S. Embassy Prague

The Contractor shall provide mobile telephone services to the U.S. Embassy in Prague, the Czech Republic. The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The - covered area shall be the Czech Republic and all European Union (EU) countries. The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed This Contract is for mobile telephone services. The Embassy is using approximately 250 Mobile phone devices for official purposes. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the Embassy of the United States of America in Prague, the Czech Republic. Services provided shall include: - Calls + SMS (text) messaging within the Czech Republic - International calls + SMS (text) messaging - International roaming calls + SMS (text) messaging - Voice Mail - 24 hours/7 days Customer service - Detailed billing of services provided free of charge - Electronic billing application access - Data Services - Network Services - Service Level Agreement - Deactivation of SIM cards after contract expiration - VPN (calls using the Embassy four-digit extensions) - Bulk number reassignment (number porting) free of charge
