This acquisition is 100% set-aside for certified HUBZone small businesses. This solicitation is to elicit offers for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts, for a base period through September 30, 2008, plus four option years, for the construction of various small projects within the National Forests in Florida, located in Marion, Putnam, Lake, Columbia, Baker, Leon, Wakulla, Liberty, and Franklin Counties in the State of Florida. Tasks may include site preparation, utilities, concrete path, fencing, and small building construction, and other tasks incidental to completion of the project. All work to be performed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided with each task. The work items and contract time vary with each project.
