The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids from a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to replace an existing Newport News Waterworks meter vault lid at the meter vault located at the Canon Virginia facility, in accordance with the specifications in this IFB.
