The used oil listed in this IFB is being sold in accordance with the RCRA exemption found at 40 CFR 279, Standards for
the Management of Used Oil. The used oil will only be sold to purchasers that can demonstrate the ability to comply
with all local, state, and federal laws governing the use and management of used oil.
