Full Description
Building 172: is a 3-story building, approximately 5,746TSF. The building dimensions are approx. 61’ x 34’ (Approx Roof Surface Area– 3,091SF) with an additional entry roof approx. 14’ x 4’ (approx. 140SF). The building height is approximately 35FT from grade to the highest roof peak, with approximately 11/12 pitch on the roof and approximately 20FT to the eaves. This building currently does not have gutters.
Building 2001: is a 1-story, L-Shaped building, approximately 1600SF with block walls. The main rectangular section of the building measures 60’x20’; and is attached to one side of this main section. A smaller wing extends 40’ in length and 20’ in width, forming L-shape (approx. roof surface area 1,787SF - See Drawings) The building height is approximately 15FT from grade to the highest roof peak, in a hip style, with approximately 10FT to the eaves. The truss span is 24” on center. Power is fed to the building through an electrical service mast (i.e. pipe) through the roof. Building 2001 has three (3) weather tracking devices located on the rooftop that need to be handled with extreme care and placed back exactly as they sit currently. A valid ID is required daily, to work at this location. There is also no smoking or cell phone usage of any kind within the gates of this location.
Building 1659: is a 1-story dining facility (DFAC) approximately 11,750SF. The building dimensions are approx. 125’ x 94’ (approx. 13,251SF) with an additional entry roof over the entry doors (29’ x 12’) total of approx. 471 square feet. The building height is approximately 28FT from grade to the highest roof peak, with approximately 5/12 pitch on the roof, with approximately 10FT to the eaves. This building currently does not have true gutters (currently only a small section above a few HVAC systems). The existing roof is asphalt shingle on a gable style, wood construction framing, spaced 32” on center, with double plywood for the decking. Decking consists of 5/8” CDX for the base layer of sheathing, and ½” OSB sheathing for the top layer of sheathing; with a 5/12 pitch. The entry area roofing system is also wood construction, but spaced 16” on center, with a single layer of plywood, which is assumed to be the 5/8” CDX. Currently all decking is secured with nails and are backing out. The existing failing roofing system has exceeded its life expectancy and requires replacement using modern materials and methods that meet or exceed the performance of the original construction.
