The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove and replace existing asphalt roadways, improve drainage infrastructure, construct concrete walkways, install pavement striping and signage, perform associated site work, and complete all related work at the 1300 Area, Camp San Luis Obispo, California. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 130940, Road Paving - 1300 Area and Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 7/23/2026, at 10:00 AM at Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405.
