The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to complete the emergency mitigation planning as detailed in the Scope of Work. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Analyst listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 131007, Mitigation Implementation Planning and Agency Permitting and Contractor Business Name. The Prime Contractor MUST meet all requirements as listed on the SOW under the section titled Contractor Qualifications. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 7/27/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 131007.
