Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, travel, disposal, permits, and incidentals necessary to remove and install new gutters, lead abatement, prepare surfaces and apply paint, remove existing windows and replace with new windows, remove existing exterior doors and replace with new exterior doors, including re-keying new doors to Caltrans. Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid B-General Building Contractor license issued by the CSLB license issued by the Contractors State License Board for the type of work to be performed. Contractor or subcontractor performing lead abatement work must possess, at the time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the agreement, a valid and current Lead Removal Certificate for supervisor(s) and worker(s) issued by the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). Contractor or subcontractor performing lead abatement work must possess, at the time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the agreement, a valid and current Hazardous Waste Transporter Registration issued by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). Bidder and subcontractor shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
