IFB Water Testing for Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning (HVAC) Hydronic Systems in Humboldt, Shasta, Alameda, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Inyo, and San Joaquin Counties, CA

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting bids for comprehensive water testing services for Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) hydronic systems across nine counties: Humboldt, Shasta, Alameda, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Inyo, and San Joaquin.
