The Program Analyst's role in supporting the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) program strengthens global partnerships and enhances the capacity of foreign law enforcement agencies to combat transnational crime, directly contributing to America’s safety and security. By managing training programs, advising ILEA leadership overseas , and maintaining expertise on critical criminal justice issues, the Analyst ensures the effective implementation of Administration priorities that lead to operational successes and trainings in key priority areas to make America safer and more secure, such as stopping drug trafficking, cyber scams targeting Americans, and illicit border movement. Additionally, the Analyst's work in drafting reports, monitoring program performance, and liaising with interagency and international partners fosters collaboration and advances U.S. foreign policy objectives, making America safer and stronger.
