Description of Work: The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) provides support services to twelve federal administrative tribunals through a single, integrated organization. By offering specialized services, the ATSSC supports each tribunal's mandate and aims to improve access to justice for Canadians. ATSSC is committed to strengthening its IM/IT infrastructure, security posture, and compliance with Government of Canada policies, including the Policy on Service and Digital, the Directive on Service and Digital, and supporting IM/IT policies, directives and standards. To accomplish this, it requires specialized support for the implementation and maintenance of a secure, scalable infrastructure. This includes the deployment of various digital solutions, hosted in the cloud or on-premises, relying on robust security assessments. Additionally, the department seeks to enhance its information management practices by developing training and awareness programs that align with GC information governance standards and internal strategies.
