Immediate Response Job Order Contract

Scope: In general, a Job Order Contract (JOC) is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract. The Contract scope of work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices for Job Order Contracts (JOCs) as identified in this document. The University issues to the Contractor discrete, fixed-price task or job orders, as needed, under the contract. Under the JOC concept, the Contractor furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. All CSU campuses, including the Chancellor’s Office, will be participating in the CSU systemwide agreement.

See link for campus locations: https://www2.calstate.edu/attend/campuses. Bid proposals must be submitted in accordance with the contract documents.
An Immediate Response (“IR”) Incident is an unanticipated condition on a CSU campus that, as determined by the University, requires expedited investigation, stabilization, mitigation, repair, protection of university property, or restoration of facility operations.
