The project aims to enable Ohio assessors to conduct comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations that support person-centered planning, budgeting, and rate setting, with data leveraged to develop acuity-based service classifications. The scope includes software deployment, system integration with existing platforms, data security, staff training, ongoing maintenance, and reporting capabilities, all aligned with Ohio’s security and compliance standards. The contract is anticipated to span from November 2025 through June 2027, with options for renewal, and involves detailed cost proposals, including fixed pricing for software, implementation, and support over multiple fiscal years.
