In-Channel Restoration and Earthwork Contractor

This subcontract for the Central Valley Flood Protection Board involves the construction and restoration of a 2,500-foot reach of the mainstem Tuolumne River floodway in Turlock. The scope of work includes the installation of 25,452 cubic yards of gravel, 80 habitat boulders, and 49 large wood logs, as well as the creation of temporary gravel access routes. The project requires the use of heavy earthmoving equipment specifically designed for river environments. All work must be completed within the designated low-flow window from June 15 to October 31 to ensure a successfully restored river reach.
