This RFI/SSN is published for market research purposes. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. It is for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the U.S. Marshals Service/Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation Service (USMS/JPATS). Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Information / Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is to seek out qualified vendors who have experience in performing these types of services. Vendors must meet the criteria for Product Service Code Q and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621999, All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services (with a size standard of $16.5 million). Any responses to this RFI/SSN will not be accepted to form a binding contract. This is market research for planning purposes and no award will be made as a result of this. If a solicitation is issued, the Government does not guarantee that it will be issued to all RFI/SSN respondents. The Government may use the information provided to develop a comprehensive acquisition strategy and solicitation. Responses shall not include proprietary information.
