Inbound Baggage Carousel Replacement

The Birmingham Airport Authority (“BAA” or “Authority”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors (each, a “Bidder”) for the Baggage Handling System (“BHS”) Inbound Replacement Project (the “Project”) at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (the “Airport”). The goal of this request for bids (“RFB”) is to enter into a construction contract (the “Agreement”) with the Bidder who meets all minimum technical requirements to perform the Scope of Work and services described in this RFB (the “Services”) and who provides the lowest cost summation of pay items in the Base Bid.
