The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Philadelphia District (CENAP) plans to award one (1) Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for A-E services to perform General Engineering and Design Services for Civil Works Program projects. This contract is being procured in accordance with 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11, Selection of Architect and Engineers, as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6.
