The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District (MVK) has the continued responsibility for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the Arkansas Lakes Flood Control Projects at DeGray Lake, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Greeson located in the state of Arkansas. A broad variety of operations, routine and non-routine maintenance, repair including emergency repairs, inspection, reconstruction, modernization, and rehabilitation of project facilities, water control structures, and features are required under this procurement.
