Full Description

The Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces and the Department of Justice have established a working group to identify the most effective framework for the creation of a permanent military court of Canada. The services of one (1) independent authority is required to ensure adequate expertise and an appropriate external perspective is provided to the working group. The initial contract period will be from date of contract award to one (1) year later. There are two (2) six-month option periods associated with this requirement.
