COUNTY OF AMADOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 24-05 Independent Living Program (ILP) PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The County of Amador is requesting proposals from qualified firms to work closely with Amador County Child Protective Services Social Workers to develop and implement the Independent Living Program (ILP). It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all services related to RFP 24-05 in collaboration with the Amador County Department of Social Services. The County anticipates entering into a three (3) year contract with the successful firm. Funding for the 2024-2025 fiscal year is approximately $33,000. Due to possible changes to the allocation the County receives from the Federal funding, the contract amount will be re-evaluated annually. County shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon three (3) days written notice in the event that the receipt of funds from the State is reduced, suspended, or terminated for any reason. Qualified bidders may acquire a bid package at the office of General Services Administration located at 12200-B Airport Road, Martell, CA, 95654 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday; or download from Public Purchase website at www.publicpurchase.com .
