This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the NCR Region for Stream 5 Project Management the following categories: One (1) P.13 Independent Information Technology (IT) Project Review Team Leader  Level 3 Two (2) P.14 Independent Information Technology (IT) Project Reviewer Level 2 All TBIPS SA Holders, under EN578-170432, currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the NCR Region for the category are invited to bid on this requirement.
