Solicitation # SPE7M1-27-T-1827
The Department of Defense, through the DLA Weapons Support Maritime Supply Chain, is soliciting quotes for 57 units of test adapters under solicitation SPE7M1-27-T-1827. The procurement is governed by NAICS code 334514 and requires strict adherence to technical data and reference drawings, including TDP Rev A Gen 1. Delivery is required within 103 days after order, with a specified need ship date of May 18, 2024, and a final required delivery date of December 22, 2024. The contract is established as FOB Origin, with inspection and acceptance both occurring at the origin. This requirement includes stringent security and compliance mandates. Contractors must be CMMC Level 2 certified via a C3PAO and comply with DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information. Because the item contains technical data subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, the DLA limits distribution to contractors with approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and completed export-control training. Packaging and marking must follow MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. Invoicing and payment will be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. The government may utilize automated awards and provides a price evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns, while explicitly prohibiting the use of additive manufacturing for these items.
