The contract specifies the procurement of a pressure indicator with NSN 6685016230647, quantity of 13 units, to be delivered FOB origin to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania within 159 days after order, with a need ship date of November 15, 2026, and an original required delivery date of December 17, 2026. Strict prohibitions exist against the intentional addition of mercury or mercury-containing compounds to any supplied hardware or materials, with limited exceptions allowing functional mercury only in batteries, fluorescent lights, required instruments or controls, weapon systems, and chemical analysis reagents specifically authorized by NAVSEA. Portable fluorescent lamps and instruments containing mercury must be shock-proof and feature a secondary containment boundary per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E using specified preservation, wrapping, and container standards including QUP 001, preservation method 33, unit container D3, intermediate container E5, and pack code U, with palletization conforming to DLA Packaging Requirements for Procurement. Sampling for quality assurance follows MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and critical, major, and minor attributes are assigned verification levels VII, IV, and II or AQLs 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Acceptance occurs at destination, and government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies. Contractors must use WAWF for electronic invoicing and receiving reports, maintain SAM registration, and comply with NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements.
