EACH COMPLETE UNIT SHALL BE PROPERLY PACKAGED
IN A SUITABLE SEALED UNIT CONTAINER CAPABLE
OF PROTECTING THE CONTENTS FROM DAMAGE AND/OR
BREAKAGE.
