Industrial Hygiene Services - services to test for adequate levels of indoor air quality and water quality This market survey is for services services to test for adequate levels of indoor air quality and water quality, by sampling an estimated 450 locations (indoor air quality) and 24 locations (water quality), located at the specific FAA Headquarters locations identified below. The potential vendor must ensure that the level of IAQ and water quality at the FAA locations identified below are sampled on a quarterly basis as required. Performance must, at a minimum, include monitoring of the indoor environment for carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, fungi, bacteria, dust, temperature, and relative humidity. Annual water quality monitoring is also required. The minimum requirements for water quality monitoring will ensure that the drinking water is safe and complies with the primary and secondary drinking water standards (as defined by the Environmental Protection Agency) and is free from Legionella, with a second draw for lead on all water samples. The following personnel will be required to provide services for at least a part of this contract: (1) Industrial Hygienist; and (2) Certified Industrial Hygienist The potential vendor will be required to provide written reports, with recommendations, for all sampling. Actual laboratory results are to be available on request. Cost estimates will be requested prior to performance of specific work. Three (3) samples of prior reports will be provided as indicators of contractor abilities.
