The selected respondent shall provide a fully integrated industrial robotic welding cell system designed for industrial and educational use, capable of handling a variety of welding tasks with high precision and flexibility. The system should include a multi-axis industrial robot with a minimum six (6) kg payload and advanced controller, a servo-driven workpiece positioner with at least 250kg load capacity, safety fencing with interlocks, and a welding package supporting advanced welding processes with pulse and CMT capabilities. The solution must also provide offline programming software with multi-user licensing, training credits for operator and programmer education, and all necessary documentation. Compliance with Canadian and international safety standards is required, and the vendor must offer project management, system engineering, assembly, testing, and optional on-site support to ensure seamless installation and commissioning.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
