The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command DEVCOM Soldier Center, in cooperation with the Product Manager Soldier Clothing and Individual Equipment, is conducting a market investigation to identify water treatment technologies for individual Soldier use. This Sources Sought Announcement seeks suppliers capable of providing portable devices that reduce or remove Toxic Industrial Chemicals and Materials from indigenous fresh water sources.
