Industry Day Announcement for Innovative Solutions Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) Human Health Services (HHS) When: This event will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020, 0900 to 1600 EST and will include introduction presentations led by FLETC personnel, collaborated questions and discussion, and industry methods. Where: VIRTUAL Access: Virtual access link will be e-mailed to individuals determined eligible to attend. Attendance Limitations: This event is open to both small and large businesses. However, due to space limitations, participation in the Industry Day will be limited to the first ten (10) vendors, maximum one (1) speaker/representative per vendor, that request attendance. Attendance Requests: All interested parties will submit a request via e-mail to Tim Strong, Industry Liaison, at timothy.strong@fletc.dhs.gov, and Yvonne Wright, Contracting Officer, at yvonne.wright@fletc.dhs.gov. The following information is required in the request: Name of firm or vendor, attending individual(s) information: full name, e-mail address, phone number, citizenship status, and interest in participating in the individual meetings. All requests for attendance are to be submitted no later than November 08, 2020. Responses received after this date will increase the risk of the maximum attendees met and therefore ineligible to attend the event. Purpose: To receive industry feedback on innovative methods for Human Health Services to include an Electronic Record System. During the one-day virtual event, FLETC will provide vendors with current insight and future vision for the FLETC Human Health Service and Electronic Record System. Attendees will be provided the philosophy and methods of current services and desired future capabilities for procurement.
