No other changes were done in this update. ********* REFERENCE RFI NOTICE ID: - FA8210-20-P5CTS_SSU_(RFI_and_Sources_Sought_Synopsis) posted to beta.sam on July 13, 2020. The Aerospace Dominance Enabler (ADE) Division P5 Combat Training System (P5CTS) will host an industry day for parties interested in the development and production of the P5 System Security Upgrade (SSU) Program. The purpose of the industry day is to provide information on P5 SSU recent program developments, gain a better understanding of system requirements with special emphasis on program and technical risks, and to communicate specific program objectives. There will be no discussion of classified information. Date: 20 Aug 2020 (0800 - 1545) Venue: Industry Day for the P5 SSU program will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams due to the current Department of Defense and Hill AFB Health Protection Condition. The agenda below provides a synopsis of the events that will take place during Industry Day. Please RSVP your intentions, along with your questions/suggestions to Mr. Giles Smith, Mr. Sean Jones or Mr. Carlos Michel (POC information below) no later than (NLT) 12 Aug 2020 to allow the Government to respond more efficiently during the industry day. SSU Industry Day will begin at 0800 hrs Mountain Standard Time on 20 August 2020. The tentative agenda is as follows: 0800 - 0830: Welcome/Introduction 0830 - 0915: P5 SSU Overview 0915 - 1000: Open Questions & Answers Session 1030 - 1115: One on One 1130 - 1300: Lunch 1300 - 1345: One on One 1400 - 1445: One on One 1500 - 1545: One on One Additionally, vendors should prepare for the following potential discussion topics: What risks do you see with our strategy? What do you see as the main risk to this program? Vendor's integration and testing capabilities NRE and Production Timelines NSA Certification Issues Breakout sessions will be for clarification/questions concerning the P5 SSU. Breakout sessions are not for capability briefings. Interested parties desiring to schedule a breakout (One on One) session with the Government must submit a request via email to the Points of Contact (POC) NLT 12 August 2020. Breakout session time slots will be populated by order of requests. Breakout sessions will be held to 45 minutes for each Government/Industry feedback with a 15-minute Government only meeting after each breakout session is complete. A final industry day schedule will be posted to Beta.Sam.gov on 18 August 2020 outlining each industry partner's timeslots. Depending on the amount of responses for breakout session, the Government reserves the right to change the 45 minute breakout time to accommodate for the number of responders/requesters. Note: You will need a Microsoft Teams account in order to receive the calendar invite to the open questions & answers session and the breakout session for each vendor.
