Infinite Leisure Water Right Petition for Change of License 7328

Infinite Leisure, LLC has submitted a petition to the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights, to modify the place of use for License 7328 (Application A018595) in Napa County, California. The request seeks to remove approximately 6 acres of authorized place of use located within APN 047-100-044 and expand the irrigated area to a total of 31 acres within APNs 043-061-023 and 043-061-024. This expansion includes adding 17 acres of previously cultivated and non-cultivated land, with the petitioner intending to plant vineyards on approximately 9 acres of the remaining undeveloped portion. The project is being processed under Water Code section 1701 and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
