The delivery schedule specifies a period of 699 days after order, with a required delivery date of July 12, 2029, shipped FOB Origin to DLA Distribution Depot Hill AFB, Utah. This procurement carries stringent security and compliance mandates. It requires Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 and adherence to DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information. Because the item is a restricted source item, it requires government design control activity engineering source approval and is subject to a Boeing Rights Guard License Agreement, necessitating strict data non-disclosure and destruction. Additionally, the technical data is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls, requiring contractors to have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, while all payment requests must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
