The Trinity River Authority of Texas (TRA) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional implementation services for the migration and deployment of Infor CloudSuite V11 Multi-Tenant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. The selected vendor will provide project management, business process analysis, system configuration, data conversion, systems integration, testing, training, organizational change management, go-live support, and post-implementation hypercare services.
The project includes migration from TRA's existing Infor Lawson V10 environment to Infor CloudSuite V11 Multi-Tenant, implementation of Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Workforce Management, Learning Management, Expense Management, Strategic Sourcing, Reporting and Analytics, Budgeting, and related modules. The scope also includes migration from existing third-party systems including UKG, Cornerstone LMS, Maximo, Concur, and related applications, as well as implementation of the Infor ION Platform, Infor Velocity Suite, and associated integrations.
The successful respondent will demonstrate extensive experience with Infor CloudSuite implementations, Lawson-to-CloudSuite migrations, public sector ERP projects, data conversion, integrations, and organizational change management. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, technical approach, experience, staffing, project methodology, schedule, and overall value to the Authority.
All proposals must be submitted electronically through the ProcureWare system in accordance with the solicitation documents and instructions.
