Informal Bid Proposal To Perform House Demolition And Site Clean-Up At 72341 Sunnyslope Road (Garage Only) 6273 Abronia Avenue (Burned Residence) Raymond Way (Illegal Dump Site)

The City of Twentynine Palms is soliciting informal lump sum bids for demolition and site clean-up services across three California locations. The scope of work includes the demolition and debris removal of a garage at 72341 Sunnyslope Road, the demolition of a burned residential building including the removal of foundations, slabs, and plumbing at 6273 Abronia Avenue, and general site clean-up at an illegal dump site on Raymond Way. For the Abronia Avenue location, the contractor must provide alternate bids for septic tank removal based on the specific type of tank encountered, with the final process determined by a city inspector in the field. All sites must be left clean and graded level to prevent future drainage issues. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder based on the Base Bid. Bidders must be licensed by the State of California and comply with Section 3700 of the Labor Code regarding worker's compensation insurance, naming the City of Twentynine Palms as an additional insured.
