The Resource must analyse existing data/information management capabilities and requirements, develop frameworks
and detailed statements of requirements and recommend areas for improved capability and integration. The Resource
must provide recommendations and advise on the implementation of Data Management/Information Management and
implementation rules and standards
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the
National Capital Region for the following category: One (1) Information Management Architect Senior Level. Request for
Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly from the Contracting Authority to the Qualified Supply Arrangement
Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
This procurement has been conditionally set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). The procurement is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses. However, if two or more Indigenous businesses submit a bid, then the procurement is set aside under PSIB. In order to be considered under PSIB, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB. If the procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business the following will apply.
This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures
with respect to Aboriginal peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses.
Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
